When BREIN starts data analysis for a spectrum, the spectrum file is moved to other folders used for BREIN work. Depending on the BREIN setup, the measured data files may be deleted or stored in archive directories (see below). So you cannot be absolutely sure that your measured data files will still exist after BREIN analysis.
